Location: USA:MO:Saint Louis / 1010 Pine St - Co:1010 Pine St

Schedule: 40 hours per week (Full-time, Regular)

Salary: $141,300.00 - $237,400.00

Key Responsibilities

• Responsibilities: Engineer Solutions – Design and implement robust backend services and RESTful APIs to support critical business applications across Field Operations Technology.
• Responsibilities: Own the Lifecycle – Take full ownership of your features from initial design through deployment, including writing unit tests, establishing CI/CD pipelines, enforcing security best practices, and monitoring production performance.
• Responsibilities: Solve Complex Technology Challenges – Collaborate to architect efficient solutions leveraging industry standards and best practices.
• Responsibilities: Innovate & Learn – Continuously explore and evaluate new technologies such as LLMs, agents, and the latest Azure features to address business challenges more effectively.
• Responsibilities: Collaborate – Partner directly with business stakeholders to translate their needs into effective technical solutions that address the real problem.

Required Qualifications

• Qualifications: 5+ years Coding Proficiency – Deep expertise in Java with an emphasis on Spring Boot.
• Qualifications: Engineering Fundamentals – Strong foundation in Object-Oriented Programming, data structures, algorithms, and system design.
• Qualifications: Database Knowledge – Solid experience with relational databases (SQL) and crafting complex queries.
• Qualifications: Cloud Native Mindset – Practical experience building applications in a cloud environment.
• Qualifications: Adaptability – Proven track record of quickly learning new languages, frameworks, or tools.

Preferred Qualifications

• Qualifications: Experience with the Azure ecosystem (Data Factory, SQL, DevOps), with an interest or background in GenAI/LLMs, and familiarity with DevOps practices like CI/CD, Docker, and Infrastructure as Code.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) desired in Computer Science.
