Position Overview

Uber Eats is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Account Executive to join our Dallas-based team. In this role, you'll leverage your sales experience to expand the number of restaurants partnering with Uber Eats. Your primary focus will be on acquiring new restaurant partnerships through prospecting, cold-calling, and negotiation, as well as driving internal processes to set your partnerships up for success.

As an Account Executive, you will lead the full sales cycle—from cold calls (with at least 50 dials per day) and in-person meetings to contract negotiations—while championing the Uber and Uber Eats brands. Location: Dallas. Compensation: Total annualized on-target earnings (OTE) of USD $106,250-$117,500, which include a base hourly rate of USD $30.65-$33.90 and a variable incentive target of USD $42,500-$47,000. An equity award and other forms of compensation may also be included.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and manage a pipeline of local small and medium restaurants, signing new partnerships in your geographic region through a mix of cold-calling and in-person meetings.
  • Create a great first impression and act as an ambassador for Uber Eats to develop long-term partnerships while clearly communicating Uber’s value.
  • Manage contract negotiations to establish sustainable and mutually beneficial relationships with restaurant partners.
  • Collaborate with the Account Management team to build standard processes and support a seamless onboarding experience for each new restaurant partner.
  • Proactively maintain communication with prospects via phone, email, and face-to-face meetings.

Required Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of experience in sales, operations, account management, or similar functions.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3+ years of full-cycle sales experience.
  • Comfortable making cold calls and eager to learn, making this role an excellent opportunity to build your sales career.
