Position Overview

The Senior Specialist, Digital Marketing will lead the development and execution of comprehensive digital marketing strategies and campaigns designed to drive growth and engagement across digital channels. This role is responsible for overseeing advanced paid media initiatives, marketing automation in Hubspot, and robust reporting and optimization to ensure performance excellence. Candidates must be comfortable working remotely from anywhere within the US.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage advanced paid advertising strategies on platforms such as Google PPC, LinkedIn, and programmatic channels to align with overall business goals.
  • Execute in-platform paid media initiatives focusing on channel management, budget allocation, and ad optimization to maximize ROAS.
  • Collaborate with design and content teams to create compelling advertising creatives and messaging.
  • Oversee the monitoring, reporting, A/B testing, and optimization of digital campaigns using advanced analytics.
  • Manage relationships with third-party vendors and agencies to activate paid media initiatives.
  • Design, build, and optimize integrated marketing automation workflows and nurture campaigns in Hubspot.
  • Develop strategic email marketing plans with advanced segmentation, personalization, and A/B testing to drive customer engagement.
  • Build and optimize high-converting landing pages to support lead generation and conversion goals.
  • Develop comprehensive reporting dashboards, analyze campaign performance and ROI, and provide actionable insights.
  • Document and share digital marketing best practices while continuously optimizing strategies based on performance metrics.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing with expertise in paid media, email marketing, and marketing automation.
  • Proficiency in creating and executing paid media campaigns on platforms such as Google Adwords, LinkedIn, and programmatic channels.
  • Experience using Hubspot to create emails, landing pages, and workflows.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Expert proficiency in marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, or similar.
  • Experience with tools like SalesForce, Google Adwords, LinkedIn, and programmatic advertising platforms.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with advanced knowledge of marketing analytics and reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SFDC dashboards).
  • HubSpot marketing certifications and familiarity with agile marketing frameworks.
  • Additional certifications such as Google Adwords, Google Analytics, and LinkedIn advertising are a plus.

  • Compensation: Salary Range of $76,000 to $86,000 base + bonus + equity. Compensation depends on qualifications, skills, and experience.
