Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and troubleshoot broadcast systems and technology to ensure continuous operations and minimal downtime.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
  • Implement new technologies and systems to improve efficiency and enhance the overall broadcasting experience.
  • Monitor and maintain broadcast equipment, including servers, routers, switches, and storage systems.
  • Perform regular system maintenance and updates to ensure optimal performance.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including standard operating procedures and system diagrams.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in broadcast technology to make recommendations for improvement.
  • Provide technical support and training to end-users and colleagues as needed.
  • Work with vendors and service providers to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures related to information security and data protection.
  • Collaborate with project teams to plan and implement new broadcast systems and technology.
  • Participate in on-call rotations to provide support for critical systems outside of business hours.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve broadcast workflows to increase efficiency and streamline processes.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure the safety and security of equipment.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on broadcast technology and provide guidance and support to other team members.
