Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Developer to lead the development and implementation of software solutions that enhance our logistics and warehouse management systems. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Python, Django and a big plus would be experience in the logistics space!

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement software solutions that can integrate with external systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and improve system functionality.
• Lead the integration of new technologies and tools to enhance system performance.
• Ensure the scalability and reliability of applications through best practices in software development.
• Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance on projects.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in software development.
• Proficiency in Python and experience with the Django framework.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa.
