This in-office position offers a base salary plus commission and bonuses, allowing you to earn based on your performance. We provide hands-on training, warm leads, and a high-growth environment to help you thrive in insurance sales.
Your Responsibilities
- Develop & maintain client relationships through consultations and follow-ups
- Sell & customize insurance solutions for auto, home, business, and life coverage
- Educate clients on their options and help them make informed decisions
- Achieve and exceed sales targets with support from our highly-rated team
- Work with warm leadsno cold calling required!
- Maintain organized client records and ensure compliance with Farmers guidelines
- Follow up with potential clients to close sales and increase retention
What We Offer
- Salary Range: $35,000 - $45,000 base + high commission & bonuses
- Commission Tiers: Up to 75% based on sales performance

Requirements
- Proven sales experience in insurance, customer service, or a related field
- Active Texas Property & Casualty License (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills
- Goal-oriented & self-motivated with a competitive sales mindset
- Comfortable with technology & CRM systems
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus!
