Job Description

Position Overview

Part Time Administrative Assistant Position for a rapidly growing real estate company. This is an exciting opportunity to work directly with the owner and receive unparalleled mentorship in real estate and entrepreneurial skills. The role requires in-person work (no remote) with a commitment of no less than 20 hours per week.Compensation:$18.00 - $22.00 per hour.

Key Responsibilities

  • Data entry into Excel
  • Taking minutes and creating Excel reports
  • Assisting in marketing initiatives
  • Accompanying the owner and/or his executive assistant to client meetings
  • Performing miscellaneous office tasks

Required Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, Word, Paint, and Acrobat Pro
  • Ability to quickly learn new software
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Willingness to work both in-office and on-site

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of Instagram and reels
