Position Overview
Maxim Healthcare Services is seeking registered nurses (RNs) and licensed practical nurses (LPNs) to join our team in caring for adult and pediatric patients. Key Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care in a home healthcare environment.
- Deliver care to both adult and pediatric patients, including cases involving gastrostomy (G-Tube), tracheostomy (trach) tubes, or mechanical ventilators.
- Work flexible shifts (days, overnights, nights) to accommodate patient needs.
- Participate in ongoing training, mentorship, and clinical leadership initiatives to enhance your skills.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure a high quality of patient care.
Required Qualifications
- Valid and current RN or LPN license.
- Ability to work in a flexible home healthcare setting with variable shift timings.
- Strong commitment to providing compassionate patient care.
- Willingness to participate in continuing education and on-the-job training.
Preferred Qualifications
- ICU experience for adult patient care is preferred.
- Previous experience in home healthcare or related fields.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to thrive in team-oriented environments.
