Position Overview

Maxim Healthcare Services is seeking registered nurses (RNs) and licensed practical nurses (LPNs) to join our team in caring for adult and pediatric patients. Key Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care in a home healthcare environment.
• Deliver care to both adult and pediatric patients, including cases involving gastrostomy (G-Tube), tracheostomy (trach) tubes, or mechanical ventilators.
• Work flexible shifts (days, overnights, nights) to accommodate patient needs.
• Participate in ongoing training, mentorship, and clinical leadership initiatives to enhance your skills.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure a high quality of patient care.

Required Qualifications

• Valid and current RN or LPN license.
• Ability to work in a flexible home healthcare setting with variable shift timings.
• Strong commitment to providing compassionate patient care.
• Willingness to participate in continuing education and on-the-job training.

Preferred Qualifications

• ICU experience for adult patient care is preferred.
• Previous experience in home healthcare or related fields.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to thrive in team-oriented environments.
