Key Responsibilities

• For Account Executives: Manage warm leads and incoming calls, qualify prospects, and work closely with Senior AEs to set clients up for success.
• For Senior Account Executives: Guide qualified prospects through the purchasing process, educate clients on precious metals and retirement plan options, and build lasting relationships to drive referrals and customer satisfaction.

Required Qualifications

• PREVIOUS PRECIOUS METALS SALES EXPERIENCE IS A MUST
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• For Senior Roles: Proven track record in closing sales, ideally within precious metals or financial services.
• Deep understanding of gold, silver, and retirement plan investment options.
• Self-driven, motivated, and passionate about helping clients secure their financial futures.
