Responsibilities of Client Support Specialist:
- Connect with clients, ask about their undertakings, recommend our goods, and ignite excitement about their transactions.
- Provide outstanding customer service that surpasses customer expectations and offers exceptional assistance.
- Keep the designated areas well-stocked and in a tidy, accessible, and secure state to meet customer needs.
- Engage in teamwork with managers and peers to accomplish sales goals as a unified group.
- Process payments from customers using the point of sale system at the checkout.
- Conform to approved guidelines while managing customer refund and exchange requests.
- Comply with the outlined procedures for handling transactions involving cash, checks, and credit cards.
- Create pricing signs and promotional tags for merchandise. Organize, label, and showcase items.
- Adhere to the essential values that serve as the guiding force for the company's operations.
- Demonstrate an understanding of the company's compliance with safety protocols.
- Respond to phone calls in adherence with the organization's prescribed protocols.
- Be willing to lend a hand in various parts of the store as the situation demands.
- Maintain accuracy while working in a high-paced setting.
Requirements of Client Support Specialist:
- Participants must be at least 18 years of age in order to qualify.
- Proficiency in basic numerical operations.
- Customer service experience.
- Skill in multitasking and excelling in challenging circumstances.
- Some job roles may mandate the completion of forklift certifications offered by F&D.
- In states where allowed, certification for using heavy equipment is contingent on passing a drug test.
Working Conditions of Client Support Specialist:
The employee may be exposed to a warehouse atmosphere and operational vehicles periodically as part of their job responsibilities.
Physical/Sensory Requirements of Client Support Specialist:
- Ability to apply force intermittently between 30 and 60 pounds, with frequent application of 20-30 pounds of force, and constant application of up to 20 pounds of force for moving objects through various physical actions.
- Tasks that involve touching or feeling typically require the employee to use their hands and fingers.
- The employee is frequently required to stand, walk, reach with arms and hands, climb or balance, and to stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl.
