Manufacturing Quality Technician

Ingenium Composites is a global supplier and manufacturer of radomes and other custom composite structures. We’re currently seeking an experienced Manufacturing Quality Technician with both composite and manufacturing experience to join our team.

As a Quality Manufacturing Associate you will be ensuring products meet quality standards by inspecting, auditing, and implementing quality control measures throughout the manufacturing process.

The main duties of this position will be ensuring product quality by inspecting, testing, and evaluating products to identify defects, verifying specifications, and maintaining compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Attention to detail and quality control is needed to assure that each item is ready for shipment. You must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds and work well with others as a team. Must be okay standing for most of the shift, bending, and lifting.

This is a mid-level position, and experience or education is required. Successful candidate must possess prior manufacturing experience and composite experience is ideal.

Spanish speaking is a plus but not a requirement.

English speaking is required.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Quality Inspector in a manufacturing production environment.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting Manufacturing Procedures.
• Knowledge of quality standards and procedures.
• Ability to identify, document, and report nonconforming materials and processes.
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Experienced with precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges, CMMs).
• Reliable and punctual.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in basic computer applications.
• Committed and respectful.

$19.00 - $22.00 per hour
