Position Overview

Brand Ambassador – ENTRY LEVEL ADVERTISING, MARKETING, & PR. We are seeking motivated individuals for an entry‐level Junior Account Manager role. In this position you will provide a face‐to‐face market presence to develop and manage accounts for our Major Promotions client. You will receive extensive training in up-sales, event promotions, customer service, marketing, market research, new business development, and leadership. Top performers have the opportunity to be cross trained into team leadership and branch management roles.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide a face-to-face presence to represent and develop accounts for the Major Promotions client.
• Assist in upselling, event promotions, customer service, and marketing activities.
• Conduct market research and support new business development initiatives.
• Represent Fortune 500 clients with professionalism both independently and as a team member.
• Embrace opportunities for leadership and advancement based on performance.

Required Qualifications

• Entry level – no prior experience necessary; some college preferred.
• Amazing communication skills are a must.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
• Strong motivation to learn and grow within a dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in marketing, sales, event promotions, client interaction, customer service, retail, or account management.
• Prior exposure to representing top-tier clients.
• Leadership potential with a desire to advance to team or branch management roles.
