Position Overview

Uline, a name millions of businesses know and trust, is seeking an experienced Outside Sales Representative to build our growing San Diego, California market. In this role you will help businesses across every industry discover quality products with speed and service you'll be proud to deliver. Compensation: Pay from $80,000 to $110,000 per year.

Key Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of your territory by identifying growth opportunities and cultivating customer relationships.
• Manage and grow existing accounts as well as prospect for new business.
• Plan and schedule your week with Monday dedicated to planning and Tuesday to Friday focused on on-site customer visits.
• Create effective solutions using a portfolio of 43,000 high-quality products.
• Engage in continuous training and career development programs.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• 5+ years of sales experience (preferred).
