3SP Indy is looking for a Marketing & Special Events Coordinator to join our team! If you live for the "dink," thrive on social media trends, and can help throw a tournament that people talk about for months, we want to meet you.

The Role:

• Content Creation: Manage our social channels and keep the 3SP community engaged.
• Event Mastermind: Plan and execute everything from Cosmic Open Plays to fundraisers and corporate events.
• Community Growth: Help us grow the game in Indy and beyond!

Must-haves: A passion for pickleball, a creative eye, and top-tier organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Track and respond promptly to event inquiries
• Provide correct and helpful information to players and guests about event pricing, memberships, facility
• Coordinate and execute fundraisers, corporate events, and leagues
• Create events for members
• Maintain relationship with sponsors and coordinate tabling events at facility
• Create and maintain relationship with surrounding school districts
• Plan, share, and monitor promotional campaigns and communications across Instagram, Facebook, Email, and TeamReach
• Maintain a working knowledge of business policies regarding membership, reservations, events
• Update website regularly to correctly display events, leagues, tournament, and general facility information
• Answer calls and assist front desk as needed

Pay:

From $19.00 per hour
