We’re hiring a Weld Engineer to support advanced weld processes, real-time quality monitoring, and automated manufacturing systems in a fast-paced production facility.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and optimize weld processes, parameters, and inspection systems
- Support robotic welding systems and real-time weld monitoring technologies
- Troubleshoot and maintain machine vision inspection systems
- Lead root cause investigations related to weld quality issues
- Analyze process data to improve quality, reliability, and efficiency
- Support automation, smart manufacturing, and Industry 4.0 initiatives
What You Bring
- ✔️ Weld Engineering background or equivalent manufacturing experience
- ✔️ Experience with robotic welding systems (ABB/Yaskawa preferred)
- ✔️ Knowledge of GMAW and resistance welding processes
- ✔️ Experience with machine vision and process monitoring systems
- ✔️ Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and continuous improvement skills
