Job Description

Position Overview

The U.S. Army is hiring Human Resource Specialists to manage personnel records, administrative functions, and support services for soldiers. This entry-level role is critical to maintaining soldier readiness, morale, and operational success. No prior experience is required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform administrative and personnel tasks for all ranks and roles.
  • Manage soldier records, benefits, and assignments.
  • Maintain confidential and sensitive personnel data.
  • Ensure unit readiness through effective HR support.

Required Qualifications

  • U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder (I-551).
  • Ages 17–34.
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • No felonies or open legal cases.
  • Must pass drug screening and background check.
  • Must be in good physical health.
  • Minimum ASVAB scores: 100 GT and 90 CL.
  • Eligible for Secret security clearance.
