Job Description

Position Overview

This role is responsible for analyzing non-compliance issues and implementing corrective actions to guarantee immediate customer service, safeguard production, and ensure customer satisfaction. The candidate will bridge technical support and quality assurance through direct customer interactions and effective follow‐up on quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct the first analysis of non-compliance, making possible corrections or proposing solutions that do not harm the customer's production and avoid delivery delays.
  • Report non-conformities to resolve failures promptly, in accordance with client-established deadlines.
  • Carry out technical visits to customers to strengthen contact and resolve non-conformities in a timely manner, thereby avoiding losses.
  • Recover or select non-conforming parts from customers, when possible, to avoid returns, subject to customer authorization.
  • Issue reports on customer complaints and seek effective solutions aimed at ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Know and comply with the Quality Systems in Environmental Management (EMS), Health and Safety, and the internal rules of the Company.
  • Adhere to legislation and the Company's institutional rules and policies, ensuring ethical behavior with suppliers and external bodies while safeguarding the Company's assets.

Required Qualifications

  • Leadership, teamwork, and communication skills
  • IT knowledge in Word, Excel, Internet, and Electronic Mail
  • Understanding of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing)
  • Familiarity with ISO/TS 16949, ISO 14001, and VDA 6 standards
  • Good knowledge of customer requirements
  • Proficiency in quality tools such as 5 PB
