As a people‐centric business management firm dedicated to “building people and building families,” we specialize in delivering unparalleled marketing techniques for Fortune 100 clients. In this entry level role, the Business Administrator will receive hands‐on training in sales, marketing, public relations, and customer service while developing the skills needed to advance into management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the execution of marketing strategies for each client with lead generation and promotions.
  • Facilitate connections between consumers and brands by answering questions and explaining client product/service features.
  • Connect customers as qualified leads to senior sales consultants.
  • Perform customer follow-ups to ensure consumer satisfaction.
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support as required.

Required Qualifications

  • Interest and aptitude in Brand Promotions, Advertising, Client Relations, Sales, Public Relations, Marketing, Business Development, and Account Management.
  • Strong work ethic with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
  • Excellent communication skills for engaging directly with consumers and clients.
  • College degree or equivalent experience.
  • Outgoing personality and the ability to build personal relationships.
