Entry Level Marketing Position

Position Overview

Here at Aspire Marketing Concepts, we act as the liaison between our clients and their customers. Aspire Marketing Concepts Inc. is a privately owned marketing and fundraising firm located in downtown OKC, close to Bricktown. We are dedicated to providing world class marketing services to our respected non-profit clients. Our personal touch sets us apart from traditional marketing methods, and our firm's mission is to help local charities achieve their goals through face-to-face, event-based fundraising.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish strong person-to-person relationships with customers
• Answer customer questions in person at events, representing our clients with the utmost professionalism
• Inform customers of the details and specifications of our clients’ non-profit partnerships
• Work closely with event executives to execute events to the standards of our clients

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; a degree in a social service-related field is a bonus
• Strong management skills including planning, coordination, and supervision
• Highly organized with excellent follow-up skills and the ability to overcome objections and obstacles
• Ability to establish and maintain professional boundaries when working with clients, volunteers, and donors
• Capable of working well under stressful conditions, negotiating different personalities, and managing competing priorities
• Must be prompt and dependable
