Key Responsibilities

• Engaging with customers: Build strong relationships by understanding customer needs and offering tailored telecommunications solutions.
• Delivering exceptional service and sales support: Assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions, ensuring satisfaction every step of the way.
• Managing sales orders: Efficiently handle transactions, installation scheduling, cancellations, and product adjustments.
• Driving growth: Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling telecommunication products.
• Collaborating with the team: Work closely with fellow associates to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Maintaining telecommunication product knowledge: Stay updated on the latest products and industry trends to offer expert guidance.

Required Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent (GED).
• 0 – 2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or retail (experience is a plus but not required).
• Strong communication skills with the ability to connect with a wide range of customers.
• A proactive attitude and an eagerness to learn and develop sales expertise.
