Full-Time (40 hours/week)Compensation: $18.00 per hour
Schedule:
Open availability required (between 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM)In-Person Role
We are looking for a bilingual (English/Spanish) Customer Service Representative to join our team. You’ll be the face of our company, helping customers with their needs, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer customer inquiries and suggest relevant products/services
- Verify and process online orders
- Open and maintain customer accounts
- Update and maintain accurate customer records
- Resolve product or service issues professionally and efficiently
- Process customer adjustments and maintain financial records
- Recommend products/services based on customer needs
- Check in drivers and assist with logistics
- Utilize company software and Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Prepare reports and analyze customer data
- Support the team and contribute to a positive work environment
Required Qualifications
- Bilingual (English & Spanish) – Required
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
- Professional phone etiquette and strong communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and company software
- Flexible and dependable
