Job Type:

Full-Time (40 hours/week)
Compensation: $18.00 per hour

Schedule:

Open availability required (between 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM)
In-Person Role

We are looking for a bilingual (English/Spanish) Customer Service Representative to join our team. You’ll be the face of our company, helping customers with their needs, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer customer inquiries and suggest relevant products/services
  • Verify and process online orders
  • Open and maintain customer accounts
  • Update and maintain accurate customer records
  • Resolve product or service issues professionally and efficiently
  • Process customer adjustments and maintain financial records
  • Recommend products/services based on customer needs
  • Check in drivers and assist with logistics
  • Utilize company software and Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Prepare reports and analyze customer data
  • Support the team and contribute to a positive work environment

Required Qualifications

  • Bilingual (English & Spanish) – Required
  • Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
  • Professional phone etiquette and strong communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and company software
  • Flexible and dependable
