Position Overview

Aspen Medical has an exciting opportunity for Healthcare Service Administrators to partner with us in providing quality medical care to patients within a transitional setting. In this role, you will work closely with fellow team members to ensure that the highest standards of competent care and safety are consistently delivered with compassion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and ensure the delivery of comprehensive care services including Medical Screening (New Arrivals), Comprehensive Screening, Sick Call, 24-Hour Emergency Medical and Mental Health Treatment, and Women’s Medical Care.
  • Collaborate with medical teams in a secure facility to provide additional EMS, Diagnostic, Laboratory, and ancillary services in compliance with US clinical standards.
  • Support the mission-driven organization by maintaining quality service and patient safety at all times.

Required Qualifications

  • Education: Master’s degree in healthcare administration or related field.
  • License: If held, must be current and unrestricted.
  • Experience: Minimum of three years’ leadership and two years’ experience managing programs and services.
  • Certification: Current, valid American Heart Association or American Red Cross Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Citizenship: Must be a US citizen or Green Card holder (sponsorship will not be available).
  • Language Proficiency: Fluency in Spanish is highly desired but not required.
