Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Provide professional nursing care on a designated unit in line with hospital standards.
- Coordinate and delegate nursing care as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Initiate restraints or seclusion when clinically necessary.
- Promote and enhance professional nursing practice.
- Adhere to trauma-informed care protocols and holistic treatment approaches.
Required Qualifications
- Current license to practice nursing in Illinois (or eligible to receive/renew).
- Current CPR or BLS certification.
Preferred Qualifications
- One year of experience in a psychiatric inpatient setting is preferred.
