Operations Associate

Position Overview

The Operations Associates will assist Operations Technicians with the preparation and execution of startup, changeovers, operations, and line shutdown. Also can support material handling, warehousing and quality checks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Understands and is accountable for full compliance with safety and other EOHS requirements; Understands and is accountable for following: all Quality, GMP, and cleaning standards and guidelines;
  • Inspects and samples inbound trailers, packaging materials, and products according to SOPS;
  • Loads and unloads materials, parts and finished products manually or by mechanized means;
  • Transfers and stores finished and materials throughout the plant and warehouse using forklift equipment;
  • Complete all appropriate SAP and RF transactions for receiving, transferring and shipping of materials and finished products;

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to lift 55 pounds repeatedly for extended periods of time;
  • Ability to climb stairs and ladders, bend to 90 degrees repeatedly;
  • Must be able to work any shift, weekends and mandatory overtime as needed;
  • Proficient with computers, software, and data processing
  • Minimum of 0-2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment;
  • Demonstrated competency of Attention to Detail, Work Standards, Initiative and Managing Work.

Preferred Qualifications

  • GMP and/or consumer goods manufacturing experience a plus;
  • Previous manufacturing work team experience preferred;
  • Demonstrated competency in problem-solving/decision making, effective communication, results-oriented, and job fit.

Compensation and Benefits

Salary Range $- $ USD

Pay is based on multiple non-discriminatory, individualized factors including but not limited to experience, job-related knowledge and education, skills and office/market location. In addition to base salary, salaried employees are eligible for annual discretionary bonuses, profit-sharing and, for Executive-level (salary grade 16 and above) roles only, long-term incentives in the form of Restricted Stock Units and/or Stock Options.
