BayCare Health Systems is currently seeking an experienced Behavioral Health RN to join our outstanding and compassionate team at Northside Behavioral Health Center. Location: Tampa, FL Schedule: Full time, 36 hours per week, 6:45 AM - 7:15 PM, Days.

Key Responsibilities

• Independently care for a group of patients consistently using the nursing process and clinical standards.
• Delegate appropriate patient care activities to other members of the health care team.
• Promote professional accountability and development.
• Perform the role of preceptor and charge nurse when assigned.

Required Qualifications

• Possession of a valid RN license along with BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
• Education: Associate's or Diploma in Nursing
• Experience Required: 2 years' experience as a licensed RN and completion of all Clinical Nurse Requirements

Preferred Qualifications

• Preference for Nurse Specialty certification.
• Education: Bachelor's in Nursing
