Position Overview

Join our team as a Lead Customer Service Representative where you will provide exceptional service and leadership in a fast-paced, fun environment. Work at Location: 2903 E Southcross Blvd, San Antonio, Texas 78223 and enjoy the flexibility of Schedule: Days, Evenings, and Overnight shifts. Key Responsibilities

  • Greet customers, operate the register, perform cashier duties, and make purchase suggestions while assisting with our food program.
  • Lead shifts on a regular basis and gain entry-level management experience.
  • Maintain store appearance and ensure fast, friendly service to customers.
  • Provide regular and predictable onsite attendance.

Required Qualifications

  • Demonstrated ability to sell products and provide excellent customer care.
  • Strong communication skills with an emphasis on friendly conversation.
  • Ability to perform at a quick pace while maintaining a positive, fun attitude.
  • Proven experience working as part of a team to accomplish daily goals.
  • Capability to generate ideas, solve problems, and think quickly under pressure.
  • Experience in leading and supervising entry-level employees.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Retail and customer service experience.
  • Entry-level management experience.
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Sales associate or cashiering experience.
  • Motivation to advance in your career and a willingness to learn.
