We’re growing fast and expanding our AT&T campaign, hiring motivated and dependable team members to join our winning team. This is a full-time, entry-level opportunity built for individuals eager to develop skills in sales, customer service, and account management while representing one of the most recognized names in wireless and home connectivity.

As an AT&T Customer Team Member, you’ll connect directly with customers, introduce AT&T wireless and fiber internet services, and support daily campaign operations. This position provides hands-on experience in telecommunications, client relations, and leadership development all within a team that values growth, reliability, and performance.

Your Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers directly to discuss AT&T wireless and internet services.
  • Assist customers with account activations, billing support, plan upgrades, and service enrollments.
  • Deliver professional, friendly, and solution-based customer service to ensure satisfaction.
  • Promote AT&T’s wireless and fiber products by explaining features, pricing, and benefits.
  • Collaborate with leadership and fellow Customer Team Members to meet and exceed sales goals.
  • Represent AT&T with professionalism, enthusiasm, and product expertise.
