Work Type: Onsite • Work Hours: Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM to 4 PM Central Time • Location: BSN Sports Headquarters in Farmers Branch, TX

Join our Sideline Team as an Inside Sales Professional and be part of a group of high-energy sales representatives dedicated to making a difference for athletes, coaches, and communities through cutting-edge apparel and equipment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Calling and converting prospective accounts to acquire and grow sales for the Sideline division while achieving individual sales objectives.
  • Building rapport with customers and providing the necessary education about the Sideline Store opportunity.
  • Creating sales connections with prospective customers and maintaining an updated customer contact database.
  • Recognizing lead generation opportunities with both prospects and existing customers.
  • Following organizational standards to maintain quality service and guarantee exceptional customer support through effective sales strategies.
  • Boosting office morale by collaborating with other sales representatives and embracing a team mentality.
  • Striving for continuous improvement to meet and exceed company expectations.

Required Qualifications

  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively within an organization.
  • Strong communication skills, including active listening and relationship building.
  • Proficient problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Capability to multi-task and manage various responsibilities concurrently.
  • Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills.
  • Sense of urgency and the ability to maintain pace in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong work ethic with dedication to meeting metrics and quotas.
  • Proficiency in Excel, SAP, CRM systems, email, and Mitel phone systems.
  • Prior sales experience.
