Position Overview
Evens Time is seeking a results-driven individual to join the Business Development Team in Indianapolis. In this full-time role (40-50 hours per week), you will leverage existing relationships and create new ones to drive revenue growth in the dynamic parking and technology industry. Reporting directly to the VP of Business Development, you will be expected to generate leads, manage client accounts, support customers, and customize product solutions while demonstrating professionalism and innovative thinking.
Note: Overtime and weekend hours may be required.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish long-term, trusting client relationships by identifying client needs and recommending appropriate products or services.
- Generate lead flow by prospecting new leads via phone and email, engaging potential clients, and qualifying prospects for Account Executives.
- Manage current accounts by maintaining close contact, arranging in-person meetings or calls, conducting demos, and creating brand awareness.
- Provide customer support by promptly answering calls and emails, identifying issues, and suggesting enhancements or solutions.
- Customize product solutions to boost customer satisfaction and drive repeat business.
Required Qualifications
- Proven track record of achieving sales quotas with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to maintain a positive attitude and high level of professionalism.
- Understanding of sales performance metrics and the capability to deliver engaging presentations.
- Must be able to travel as needed and work flexible hours.
- Proficiency in MS Office, including Teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business or Business Administration (preferred, not required).
- Experience with a CRM system (SalesForce, HubSpot, or similar) is a plus.
- Experience in the construction or parking industry is preferred.

- Compensation: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year with commission pay.
