Restaurant Director of Operations

Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Operations – Fast Casual Restaurant Chain to join our growing organization in Dallas, TX. In this pivotal role, you will oversee operations for 200+ locations, ensuring adherence to brand standards, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction. You will build strong partnerships with store managers, franchisees, and staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture. Compensation: up to $150,000 per year.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor KPIs to drive sales and profitability.
• Mentor leadership teams to build strong performance.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with executive leadership on strategic planning and support growth initiatives through market analysis and seamless integration of new locations.
• Champion training programs to align teams with company goals.

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years in multi-unit franchise operations management, preferably in the fast-casual or quick-service restaurant industry.
• Franchise experience working for a franchisor brand, not a franchisee.
• Proven ability to lead large teams, drive performance, and foster strong relationships across diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Strong financial acumen with experience in P&L management, forecasting, and strategic planning.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively present to senior leadership and influence decision-making.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities effectively.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field preferred.
