In this role, the HR Representative will serve as the entry point for the department, assessing customer needs and directing them to the appropriate personnel, filing documents, managing CNA renewal documents, and providing necessary information to the legal department and risk management regarding active and terminated employees. The position also involves supporting Onboarding Navigators while ensuring that all documentation is handled with a high level of confidentiality and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the entry point for the HR department, assessing customer needs and directing them appropriately.
- File documents in personnel files and cross-index documents as required.
- Work on CNA renewal documents and verify licensure.
- Provide information to the legal department and risk management on active and terminated employees.
- Locate, retrieve, copy, and release documentation from personnel files in response to subpoenas and other legal requests.
- Support Onboarding Navigators.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
- 1 year of clerical/administrative experience with no degree required, or no experience required with a relevant Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- High level of confidentiality.
- Computer experience essential.
