Job Description

Position Overview

At United, we offer internships, co-ops, and full-time opportunities for early career professionals. In this role, you will be a key member of our Finance team supporting the Managing Director and Director as business partners to various departments. You will contribute to accurate financial data booking, budget and forecast creation, model-based operating plans, and variance analysis—all while engaging in critical negotiations and initiatives that drive informed decision making.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform routine reporting and ad hoc analysis prepared by division and finance teams (including accurate booking of financial data and generating annual operating plans along with long-term modeling and detailed variance analysis).
  • Conduct financial support, analysis, and reporting to division leadership and finance teams (including budget and forecast scenario analysis, support for contract and purchasing negotiations, headcount productivity tracking, and identification of revenue and cost initiatives).
  • Participate in meetings addressing key regional division and finance issues.

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 2-4 years of related finance or business administrative experience with a high school degree, or 0-2 years of such experience with a bachelor’s degree.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products and knowledge of accounting and financial statements.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
  • Successful completion of an interview to meet job qualifications.
  • Reliable and punctual attendance is essential.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a finance-related field.
  • 2 years of FP&A/Accounting experience or 3 years in customer experience/contact centers.
  • EPM Planning experience.

  • Compensation: $52,725.00 to $68,632.00 with the base salary determined by factors such as experience, education, and skills; this role is also eligible for bonus and/or long-term incentive awards.
