Job Description

Position Overview

At TTI—a world‐class leader in design, manufacturing, and marketing of power tools and accessories—you will drive sales of our premier product lines within one of our largest retail partners. In this high‐energy role, you will enhance your selling, account management, and communication skills while taking advantage of a multi‐faceted training program and hands‐on field experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Exceed sales targets by delivering best-in-class Business to Consumer sales and customer service at The Home Depot, engaging directly with customers to understand their needs and recommend tailored TTI product solutions.
  • Plan and execute promotional events, product demos, and store walks to drive consumer engagement and increase product sell-through.
  • Support and implement strategic corporate brand marketing initiatives and promotional activities to increase brand awareness and drive sell-through.
  • Ensure brand presence and sales-readiness through strategic merchandising, optimal product placement, and achievement of store objectives and resets, leveraging data analytics via Microsoft Power BI.
  • Develop a strong understanding of the retail marketplace, including customer profiles, product applications, competitive landscape, and channel dynamics.
  • Participate in TTI’s world-class training program to equip you with the knowledge to work independently within your assigned market.
  • Build and manage relationships with The Home Depot team to enhance in-store execution and cultivate long-term business partnerships.
  • Effectively manage inventory levels by down-stocking, maintaining product accessibility, and ensuring prompt reporting of all tasks.
  • Participate in merchandising resets to support TTI’s innovation, ensuring timely placement of cutting-edge products while adhering to safety protocols.

Required Qualifications

  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship or restrictions.
  • Ability to pass drug screening and Motor Vehicle Report screening.
  • Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license for at least one continuous full year in one state.
  • Must have a personal vehicle and maintain valid vehicle insurance listing you as the primary driver.
  • Willingness and ability to travel to/from assigned store locations and for occasional meetings, projects, or events (including air travel).
  • Capable of reaching/lifting overhead, ascending/descending ladders, and transporting heavy tools (up to 50 lbs.) with assistance as needed.
  • Ability to use hands to maneuver small objects, assemble tools, and build displays.
  • Availability to work nights and weekends as required.
  • Ability to work full time in a retail environment and stand for the duration of the shift (excluding meal and rest breaks).
  • Self-motivated team player with strong organizational, planning, and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Multilingual abilities preferred in specific markets.
  • Formal higher education preferred but not required – equivalent experience will be considered.

  • Compensation: Salary Non-Exempt Position (Overtime Eligible).
  • The pay range is $24.04 to $25.96/hour, equating to a target annual salary of $50,000 - $54,000.
