You will maintain a friendly, professional demeanor while assisting clients with product information, troubleshooting, and account management. You are expected to collaborate with team members, adapt to various communication styles, and prioritize efficiency and accuracy in a fast-paced, remote environment to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
