- Compensation: Base salary is determined through careful consideration of a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency while ensuring internal equity. Employees also receive variable compensation based on personal and company performance.
- Compensation Range: A good faith estimate of the annual starting base salary (gross) is approximately $76,240.00 - $114,360.00.
