Job Description

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and client-facing Functional Architect with deep subject matter expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud Supply Chain Management (SCM). In this role, you will lead discovery workshops, analyze business requirements, and design robust, scalable solutions leveraging the full capabilities of Oracle SCM Cloud. Your blend of technical knowledge, strategic thinking, and interpersonal skills will enable you to serve as a trusted advisor to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead client workshops and interviews to gather and analyze business requirements across the full supply chain (Planning, Manufacturing, Inventory Management, Order Fulfillment, and Logistics).
  • Translate business requirements into a functional design document and configure the Oracle SCM Cloud application, ensuring best practices are followed.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) and primary point of contact, advising on best-in-class supply chain processes and optimal usage of the Oracle Cloud platform.
  • Guide functional and technical SCM teams in developing customizations, integrations, and data migration strategies, as well as lead system and user acceptance testing (UAT) and go-live activities.
  • Assist in presales activities, including preparing proposals, statements of work, and product demonstrations.
  • Mentor and provide guidance to junior functional consultants to help build their expertise in Oracle SCM.

Required Qualifications

  • A minimum of 15 years of experience with Oracle applications, including at least 5 years dedicated to implementing and configuring Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM.
  • In-depth understanding of core SCM processes and modules such as Manufacturing, Planning, Inventory Management, Order Management, Logistics, and Cost Management.
  • Proven ability to lead client engagements, manage relationships, and conduct effective workshops.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills coupled with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or equivalent business experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Oracle Cloud implementation certifications, specifically in SCM Cloud.
  • Experience with integrations to ERP, Order Management, or external logistics systems.
  • Familiarity with supply chain analytics and reporting tools.
