Position Overview

Join to apply for the HOUSEKEEPER (FULL TIME AND PART TIME) role at TouchPoint Support Services. We are hiring immediately for both full time and part time positions and are committed to serving hospitality for patients, families, and visitors at Ascension Health hospitals throughout the U.S.
Location: St. Thomas Midtown Hospital - 2000 Church Street, Nashville, Tennessee 37236.
Schedule: Full time and part time; Monday through Friday, 7:00 am to 3:30 pm with rotating weekends. More details provided during interview.
Compensation: Fixed Pay Rate: $15.50 per hour.

Key Responsibilities

• Provides quality customer service through one-on-one attention to detail.
• Sweeps, scrubs, mops, and polishes floors.
• Vacuums carpets, rugs, and draperies; shampoos carpets, rugs, and upholstery.
• Dusts and polishes furniture and fittings; cleans metal fixtures.
• Empties and cleans trash containers and disposes of trash in a sanitary manner.
• Cleans wash basins, mirrors, tubs, and showers; wipes down glass surfaces.
• Makes up beds, changes linens, and realigns furniture and amenities as required.
• Responds to guest queries and housekeeping issues such as spills or broken items.
• Contributes to team efforts and maintains professionalism with customers and colleagues.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
