Entry Level Sales and Marketing Associate

Sales & Marketing Team Members

Sales & Marketing team members to support new client campaigns in retail locations. This is a face-to-face role working directly with customers: not remote, not call center, and not door-to-door. We train everything from the ground up, so experience is not required.

Responsibilities (what you’ll do day-to-day)

You’ll speak with customers in busy retail environments, explain current promotions, answer questions, and help people get set up with new services or make changes to existing accounts. You’ll also represent our clients professionally, keep your work area organized, and stay up to date on product and promotional information.

Requirements (what we need from you)

You must be 18 or older with full-time availability. We’re looking for people who are reliable, coachable, comfortable talking to others, and willing to learn. A positive attitude and strong work ethic matter more than experience.

Benefits (what you get)

Pay is $17–$22 per hour, based on experience, with weekly pay. We also offer mileage compensation, partial cell phone reimbursement, and employee discounts.

Training is paid and hands-on, and there are opportunities to grow into leadership and management as you develop.
