 <li style="margin: 10px 0; line-height: 1.6;"><strong>Training Experience:</strong> Minimum one year of experience in a training setting, preferably in healthcare certification bootcamps</li>
 <li style="margin: 10px 0; line-height: 1.6;"><strong>Curriculum Development:</strong> Experience in curriculum development and instructional design is preferred</li>
