Job Description

Position Overview

The Director of Talent Acquisition is responsible for developing and executing strategies to attract, engage, and hire top talent across the organization. Based in Denver, CO, this role collaborates with leadership to forecast hiring needs, enhance the employer brand, and ensure a seamless recruitment process that aligns with the company’s culture and business objectives.

Compensation: $100,000 - $115,000

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies aligned with business goals and workforce planning.
  • Collaborate with leadership to forecast hiring needs and prioritize recruitment efforts.
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding.
  • Lead employer branding initiatives to attract high-quality candidates and promote company culture.
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline for key roles with proactive recruitment strategies.
  • Oversee relationships with external recruitment agencies and job boards to maximize candidate reach.
  • Develop and track recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of talent acquisition efforts.
  • Provide training and guidance to hiring managers on interviewing techniques and recruitment best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment regulations.
  • Prepare and present reports on hiring trends and talent acquisition performance to senior leadership.
  • Identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes and enhance the candidate experience.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 7+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of recruiting methods, employment laws, and best practices.
  • Proven experience managing full-cycle recruitment and onboarding processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with candidates, hiring managers, and senior leadership.
  • Ability to develop and manage recruitment metrics to assess performance and success.
  • Strong organizational skills with the capability to manage multiple open roles and meet hiring deadlines.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Hospitality experience.
  • Experience with Workday.
  • PHR or SPHR certification.
