Position Overview
The Corporate Sales Account Manager (Atlanta, GA) is responsible for being customer driven and growth oriented to drive business and capitalize on opportunities that result in increased revenue within the corporate segment. You will communicate opportunities, challenges, and market trends within your assigned territory and play a crucial role in assisting Hertz to achieve strategic growth initiatives through new account development and expansion of existing corporate accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in B2B sales activities that result in increased market share and profitable revenue growth.
- Partner with existing corporate accounts to expand relationships and continually support their rental needs, while communicating new and existing products, services, and programs.
- Negotiate contract renewals with designated Hertz accounts to improve contribution margins and deliver profitable revenue contributing to company EBITDA.
- Create relationships with competitive accounts to capitalize on new business opportunities and enhance Hertz’s market share.
- Utilize technology and relationships to prospect effectively and grow your pipeline.
- Strategize internally by communicating opportunities, challenges, and market trends affecting assigned accounts.
- Report on activities and provide documentation relevant to account administration.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Two or more years of large account management experience.
- Demonstrated and proven revenue growth experience within a sales territory.
- Excellent business and financial acumen.
- Exceptional communication and networking skills.
- A valid U.S. Driver's License.
- Ability to influence, work under minimal supervision, and make effective decisions.
- Flexible and adaptable with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Results driven with a goal-oriented mindset, excellent organization, time management, and prioritization skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong PC skills – Salesforce experience is a plus.
- Service industry experience is a plus.
