Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate logistics activities between 3PL Partner and internal teams.
- Identify and implement opportunities to improve logistics efficiencies and reduce costs.
- Achieve accurate requisition orders by identifying material shortages and coordinating orders.
- Maintain accurate data administration in ERP and Warehouse Management System (WMS).
- Implement processes for accurate administration of Fixture and Furniture orders.
- Develop analytical resources to support inventory management of merchandise and service items.
- Lead coordination of logistics activities with carriers to ensure accurate shipping.
- Ensure accurate invoice record keeping through review and approval processes.
- Participate in and coordinate special projects between various departments.
- Control the efficient flow of goods and information from origin to point of sale.
- Support new partner rollouts for North America.
Required Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or related field.
- Experience Required: 3-5 years of experience in Logistics, including transportation and warehouse operations.
- High level of knowledge with import and export procedures.
- Experience with ERP systems and Warehouse Management Systems.
- Strong computer skills, particularly in MS Office with high proficiency in Excel.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Knowledge of fashion accessories market.
- Familiarity with 3PL operations.
