Our client is seeking a polished and professional Front Desk Coordinator to join their luxury med spa in Sandy Springs. What You Will Do
- Greet and check in clients, setting the tone for a five-star experience from arrival to departure.
- Manage phone lines, emails, and text inquiries with prompt, polished communication.
- Coordinate appointment scheduling to maximize provider productivity, including confirmations and rebookings.
- Process payments accurately and manage POS systems with daily reconciliation.
- Present and explain memberships, packages, and retail offerings to clients; support monthly sales goals.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and brand-aligned reception area.
- Assist with client intake forms, consent paperwork, and treatment flow coordination.
- Support promotional events and light social media tasks (e.g., capturing client moments with consent).
- Uphold HIPAA compliance and follow clinic policies and procedures.
What You Bring to the Table
- Minimum of 12 years of front desk or administrative experience in a med spa, dermatology, plastic surgery, or luxury hospitality setting.
- Excellent communication skillsverbal, written, and over the phone.
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask in a busy, detail-oriented environment.
- Professional demeanor with a warm, client-centered presence.
- Comfortable discussing services, memberships, and retail offerings to support sales initiatives.
- Proficiency with EMR and POS software (Aesthetic Record or similar).
- Availability to work some Saturdays and occasional evenings.
- Reliable transportation and punctuality are essential.
