Position Overview
This role is with Boeing. WayUp is partnering with Boeing to hire top talent. The Boeing Company is seeking an Entry-Level Financial Analyst. Location: Ridley Park, Pennsylvania or Seattle, Washington. Relocation assistance is available for qualified candidates. Education: Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent. Key Responsibilities
- Support defense program execution by collaborating cross-functionally to provide financial insights that enhance decision-making.
- Analyze financial data to support forecasts and cost management.
- Prepare performance reports and collaborate with teams to assess trends.
- Assist in developing business cases and ensuring compliance with financial policies.
Required Qualifications
- Currently enrolled student attending a college or university with an expected graduation date prior to August 2026.
- Must meet export control compliance requirements (U.S. Person as defined by 22 C.F.R. 120.15).
Preferred Qualifications
- Anticipated graduation degree (Bachelor’s Degree): Spring 2026.
- Currently hold a Bachelor’s Degree or higher.
- Experience in a Finance, Accounting, Business, or related role.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel (using formulas, VLookups, pivot tables, charts, filters, and linking worksheets).
- Strong professional communication skills, both verbal and written, in virtual and in-person settings.
- Background in financial analysis, budgeting, and cost performance reporting.
- Experience working with large data sets and tools (e.g., Excel, Power Pivot, Tableau, Microsoft Power BI).
Benefits & Perks
- Compensation: Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
- Salary: $65,450 - $88,550.
