Job Description

POSITION SUMMARY/RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible for managing the planning, development and implementation of communications for various internal and external audiences via social media channels. Manages the research, writing, editing and disseminating information on behalf of University Health through various online/social media communication tools both during and outside of normal work hours. Manages the development and implementation for responding to consumer/patient social media messages and reviews of University Health’s clinical locations. Manages the video implementation in Corporate Communications to ensure quality and consistent University Health branding.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

Bachelor’s degree in communications, public relations, marketing, journalism or related field is required. Two years of journalism, communications or social media management experience is required.
