Customer Exit Representative - FT

Position Overview

Compensation: $16.25/hour (Shift Premium may apply). Immediately hiring! If you're bored sitting behind a desk in a call center or working as a cashier in a retail store, join our high-energy Avis Budget Group enterprise. Location: Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, United States of America.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers as they exit airport rental locations.
• Check driver's licenses and rental agreements.
• Inspect vehicles for damage.
• Enter customer information using a handheld device or computer.
• Offer additional products and services while providing excellent customer service.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License.
• Basic computer skills (typing, data entry).
• Effective verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to work outdoors or in an exit booth.
• Flexibility to work all shifts.
• Ability to type, sit, or stand for prolonged periods and enter/exit or drive vehicles.
• Must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States.
• This position requires regular, on-site presence and cannot be performed remotely.

Preferred Qualifications

• 6 months retail customer service experience in a fast-paced environment is a bonus!
