Position Overview
Compensation: $16.25/hour (Shift Premium may apply). Immediately hiring! If you're bored sitting behind a desk in a call center or working as a cashier in a retail store, join our high-energy Avis Budget Group enterprise. Location: Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, United States of America.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers as they exit airport rental locations.
- Check driver's licenses and rental agreements.
- Inspect vehicles for damage.
- Enter customer information using a handheld device or computer.
- Offer additional products and services while providing excellent customer service.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Driver's License.
- Basic computer skills (typing, data entry).
- Effective verbal communication skills.
- Willingness to work outdoors or in an exit booth.
- Flexibility to work all shifts.
- Ability to type, sit, or stand for prolonged periods and enter/exit or drive vehicles.
- Must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States.
- This position requires regular, on-site presence and cannot be performed remotely.
Preferred Qualifications
- 6 months retail customer service experience in a fast-paced environment is a bonus!
