Provides a single point of contact for end-users to receive Tier 1 support and maintenance within the organization's desktop computing environment. Responsible for installing, diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, and upgrading all desktop hardware, laptops, iPads, iPhones, peripherals, and applications to ensure optimal performance. Troubleshoots problem areas (in person, by telephone, or via e-mail).
