Position Overview
We are seeking a Senior Digital Marketing Analyst to join a leading Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) company in Cincinnati, OH. In this role, you will drive digital strategy, optimize marketing campaigns, and leverage data analytics to fuel brand growth and customer engagement. You will be at the forefront of digital innovation in the CPG industry, transforming complex data into actionable insights that boost performance and brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement data-driven digital marketing strategies aligned with the company’s CPG goals.
- Optimize marketing efforts across channels including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing using actionable data insights.
- Conduct comprehensive SEO analysis and collaborate with content teams to enhance organic search visibility.
- Manage and optimize paid digital campaigns (Google Ads, social media ads, and programmatic advertising) with effective budget allocation and A/B testing.
- Utilize analytics tools like Google Analytics, Tableau, and CRM platforms to track KPIs, create reports, and recommend improvements.
- Design and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and retain customers, leveraging CRM strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and propose innovative digital campaigns to enhance brand positioning and customer loyalty.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in digital marketing analytics within the CPG industry, with a strong focus on performance analysis and conversion rate optimization.
- High proficiency in digital marketing tools including Google Analytics (GA4), Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, and SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Moz.
- Strong knowledge of search engine optimization (SEO), search engine marketing (SEM), and social media marketing strategies.
- Experience with A/B testing, multivariate testing, and data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Google Data Studio.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, Data Science, or a related field.
- Qualifications: Relevant certifications such as Google Analytics Certification are a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in Marketing Analytics, Digital Marketing, Business Intelligence, or a related field.
- Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, or Marketo) and marketing automation tools.
- Additional certifications and advanced training in digital marketing are highly desirable.
