Position Overview
Join Spectrum Community Solutions as a seasoned and results-oriented sales professional. This role requires the ability to work lawfully in the U.S. without employment-based immigration sponsorship, now or in the future. In this strategic position, you will implement innovative sales strategies to secure our services in multiple dwelling unit (MDU) properties, ensuring maximum product and service penetration while directly contributing to the organization’s growth and revenue.
Key Responsibilities
- Simplify and enhance the customer experience.
- Develop strategic sales presentations to secure long-term R.O.E agreements with MDUs and SFUs.
- Exceed quarterly revenue sales quotas across all products, including HSD, video, managed Wi‑Fi, and other bulk services.
- Build consultative relationships with high‐level clientele to offer the best products/services and maximize client NOI.
- Negotiate competitive MDU sales agreements while navigating the legal redline process and leveraging product knowledge to develop proposals and contracts.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience.
- 1+ year of experience in strategic planning and navigating long sales cycles to manage and close complex deals.
- Proven negotiation skills with contract proposal/review experience and working knowledge of computer networking, LAN/WAN, and fiber-connected networks.
- Excellent communication, multi-tasking, and consultative sales skills with a strong attention to detail, including a valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record.
Preferred Qualifications
- Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook), and automated reporting tools.
- 3–5+ years of consultative sales experience with a track record of exceeding revenue quotas and negotiating long-term R.O.E agreements in an MDU environment.
- Familiarity with the cable industry and experience drafting and negotiating proposals and contracts in related fields.
