Key Responsibilities
- Configure enterprise-wide HR systems to improve efficiency and user experience.
- Drive system upgrades and new functionality to deliver business value and support growth.
- Lead HR system support, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis for complex challenges.
- Partner with HR, IT, and vendors to resolve issues by recommending effective solutions.
- Manage projects from planning to execution, tracking milestones, risks, and resources.
- Communicate HR system changes and their business impact clearly.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, IT, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
- At least 4 years of HR experience with advanced HRIS configuration skills.
- Solid understanding of HR processes, programs, and data.
- Experience with HR technology systems including Payroll/Core and Time Management.
- Ability to translate technical concepts into clear, actionable guidance for business partners.
- Strong collaboration skills to work across teams in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities under tight timelines.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with UKG Pro, UKG Workforce Management solution, Business Intelligence, and reporting tools such as Cognos.

Compensation
$81,000 - $108,000 annually
